Latest Highend update does not work with Form Maker

I updated the HighEnd theme today, and afterwards, the “Contact Us” page would not display correctly. That page uses the “Form Maker Premium” plugin. It starts at the very top of the page over top of the top headings bar. It should start down below that. I restored the backup and put it back to before I installed the latest HighEnd Update, and it displays correctly now.

It seems there is an incompatibility issue with this new theme update and the “Form Maker” plugin.

Would you please look into this.
