    Jetpack encountered an error and was unable to display the Dashboard. Please try refreshing the page.

    I have checked with hosting, and also with plugin deactivated and activated. Nothing solves the problem. The last resort for me is the ask the theme developer.

    Is it something blocks it communication from Jetpack or is something else is the issue?
