Issues with W3 Total Cache

Hi there!

My hosting support told me: “We do not recommend you to use the ‘wp-super-cache’ plugin as it affects the performance of your website. You can uninstall the ‘wp-super-cache’ plugin and try using the ‘w3-total-cache’ plugin”.
I´ve just did it but The web performance dissapears completely.
I have had issues (troubles) with cache plugins. I have read in other topic in this forum that both plugins, WP Super Cache and W3 Total Cache are recommended for Highend Theme. What do you think is wrong?
I send in atachmment file my WP user and password.
