Issues with importing Demo theme :(

    Hi, i am trying to make my website homepage to look like Example 12(Dark) and am completely lost. I do have some wordpress experience but not with a complex theme like this.

    How do i go about doing this?

    I tried to import the demo theme and it i dont think it worked.

    Please help
