Issues with Coming Soon mode

Hi,
I need the social icons in the Footer of the Coming Soon mode page to open the relative social pages in a blank page, and the Email icon to open the email browser.
It seems it’s not working at all and I cannot find the code I have to fix (if any).
Please help,

PS. of course I activated the “Open links in new tab? Enable this field if you want to open your social links in new tab.” in the High End Options/Social links…with no positive result.
