Issues with cache plugins

Hi,

I having difficulties with cache plugins, I have tried:

http://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-fastest-cache
http://wordpress.org/plugins/quick-cache

Both plugins give a success comment under the </html> tag but neither are working with this theme, I can also see the .html files are also not being added to the end of the urls.
