Issue with contact page

    Hi,

    Our contact page is currently summundus.org/contact-us/

    I would like to change it to summundus.org/contact/ but when I do so the result is completely messed up:
    The page’s content and the sidebar disappear.

    Please see the screenshot attached and kindly help as soon as possible.
