Is this how all premium themes are?

This is the first time I’ve purchased a theme – I’ve always used free WordPress themes or designed my own sites from scratch.

I can’t get through a half a day of playing in this theme without having to come here for support. Little .php code corrections, plugin conflicts, caching problems, yada yada.

I like to try and figure things out for myself but good lord I expect the complicated things to be complicated and the simple things to be simple. I’ve been trying to change the bloody color for hours in the Appearance, Customize menu while I wait for someone to explain why my carousels don’t “carousel” and get a fix for the Visual Composer/LayerSlider plugin conflict.

Ugh. Again.
