Is the Highend WP Theme nearing end-of-life?

Every time the WPBakery Page Builder or WooCommerce templates update, all users of Highend WP Theme are faced with process warnings. To clear these warnings we must wait for Highend WP Theme to update. Unfortunately these updates are taking longer and longer, stretching into months now.

We like the theme and have invested heavily in customizing it for our website. However:
– The instability of lengthy periods of incompatibility is becoming a problem.
– Forum posts on all Highend WP Theme topics are not being replied.
– Now we see HB Themes has heavily discounted Highend WP Theme.

So, it appears that Highend WP Theme is approaching end of life. Please correct me if I’m wrong.
