Invisible text and blog

I appear to be having an issue where my blog posts are not showing up after having been configured to display on my home page. They are also not appearing on my page that I have designated as my “blog” page.

Additionally, whenever I try to add text to pages or posts the text is invisible and I actually can’t manipulate or customize it.
