Invalid Argument foreach()

I’m updating the theme on a website I’ve had for a while. When I install Aegaeus two things happen.

1. It doesn’t allow me to set my front page to “latest blog post”
2. I get an error message (screen shot attached) when I try to edit or view my pages from the dashboard although they display fine on the public side.

I also get a “The plugin does not have a valid header” error when I try to activate the Contact Form 7 plugin.

Please advise.
