Installing theme

I purchased the Highend WP Theme. I have tried to install it using the Mojo Marketplace install settings procedure. I get an error when I try to access the FTP account. I contacted my host (Bluehost) and they established a new FTP account. I got the same error when I tried to install. When I contact my host (Bluehost) they do not show the purchase, but I have my receipt and purchase code. I have downloaded the files to my computer, but I can’t install to my wordpress and integrate it into my domain. I read that HB-themes offers installation services separate from Mojo Marketplace that wants to charge me another $49 to install. I anxiously await your assistance.
