Installation request from mojo

Thank goodness for all the forums, I purchased ‘Highend’ theme from mojo , but when i try to install it is wanting to charge me another $49 – or $99, but I’ve already paid and the theme description says it is a free install. Can you please help me with the install – I had wanted the demo 1 click install and was going to build from there. Thank you. Deb
