Individual Staff Pages

Hi,
I have set up the staff and departments, and it works well. One feature I can’t seem to figure out:
When in the Edit Staff page, clicking on ‘View Staff Member’ takes me to the home page. The only way to view the staff member is to go to the page containing the short code.

Also, the links indicate that one can link to a staff member, but that link also takes me to the home page.

Do I need to create a page for each staff member in order to link to the staff member?
