index.php page not found

    hello,
    i have uploaded my wordpress file on sacaccp.org/demo, after i click on home page it showing me error as “Not Found

    The requested URL /sacaccp/index.php was not found on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”
    how to resolve it??
    pls help
