Importing Demo Templates

Hello,

I am unable to import my demo templates for my Highend Theme. I get the following error message:-

Maximum Execution Time (max_execution_time) : 30 seconds. Recommended max_execution_time should be at least 400 Seconds.

WordPress Memory Limit (WP_MEMORY_LIMIT) : 40M memory limit should be at least 64MB. Please refer to : Increasing memory allocated to PHP for more information

Can you please help.

I am a little disappointed as I paid Mojo marketplace to install my theme, so I expected that the theme would be completely installed together with Demo templates.
