Image in the blog summary page?

Is there a way to have an image appear on my blog summary page? I think the page would look alot better with a thumbnail of the image that’s with the full article. Is there a way to do this. Here’s a link to the page I’m talking about.

I have a second question. How do I create a button? For example, on that same page (the link above) in the right sidebar I have a text square about requesting an estimate. After my little spiel I have the text, request an estimate, but I need that to be clickable to go to the request an estimate page. Either have text that is clickable or an actual button. I tried looking through the shortcodes for something like a button but couldn’t find anything. Could you help me?
