icon mobile nav bar menu and offside panel

i have problem showing the icon of menu and icon of offside panel (that i have changed with “?”) on mobile
I have tested with
– samsung galaxy nexus
– nokia lumia
– lenovo yoga 2 tablet 10″ portrait.

I have try with
#show-nav-menu { color: #000; }
but is not a color problem
