Icon Feature not displaying properly

I have 3 Icon Features in a row below the slider on the front page of http:www.rainiercrossfit.com. They were displaying like the demo content initially, with the icon in a circle and centered over the text. Now the icon displays to the left of the content and the circle is gone – despite having the settings set to ‘icon center’ and circle to ‘yes’. I deleted them and re-set them from scratch – ending with the same results. Client wants them back to the way they were. THX!
