Icon characters are not saving to menu

Hello,

I’ve recently added several icons to my main nav menu, however they are not saving, and they are not showing. This is happening with the last row.

I also made a change within the menu (middle) and saved it. When I did the icon assigned to the “Connect” tab disappeared without me ever altering it. Very strange. I cannot add it again either. It won’t save.

Help please!
