I need my footer size to be adjusted to my background image

    SO I’m trying to place an image on my website footer. the problem is that when viewing the website in PC the image is cropped and enlarged so only the top part is showing.

    however when viewing the site in mobiles more of the image is showing but not all of it.

    what I need the entire image to be showing and keeping the image ratio the same.
