I finally figured out how to install the demo

your instructions above works until you get to the sliders so I figured out how to do it manually another way and not per your instructions.
I imported the theme and got a lot of errors about the reveslider
so I ignored the errors and did a manual import
I unzipped all the silders on my desktop
then I went to revolution slider and imported the slider export text from each slider one by one
then i clicked oon the name of the first slider and went down to css and added the file contents of the dynamic caption css file for that slider I repeated until all siders were updated and presto everything works.

maybe you can put this in manual updates
