I can't reinstall Visual Composer for High End theme

Hi. My Visual Composer plug in needed updating in the High End theme.
I followed the instructions given in this HB-Themes topic thread:

However, now I am not able to re-install Visual Composer at all. When I try to install it, I receive the error message: “Failed to install WPBakery (formerly Visual Composer).”

This is critical, since High End requires Visual Composer.
