I bought 2 of your themes, and need to cancel annual support renewal

Hi, I bought two of your themes, the first one was Presentation and the second was the Main theme. I noticed that the annual support for each theme renews every year, but I will not be using the Presentation theme.

How do I cancel annual renewal of support for the Presentation theme? I send an email to support about a week ago, but have not received a reply. Thanks to get ASAP.
