Hyperlink Color Issue on Blog Posts

Hello,

I am unsure why, but my hyperlinks have ceased displaying in the highlight color. Currently, they only alter color when hovered over. This setup, however, makes it less convenient to identify clickable text portions.

Could you guide me on how to ensure that the links default to the color #FF9900 and exhibit a slight variation when hovered over?
