How To Use Icon in Menu?

    I have a sidebar menu and one item is an offsite link. I would like to use the icon-external-link icon at the end of the menu text to indicate this.

    In the Menu Icon portion of the link, I’ve tried using just the icon name, as well as [icon name=icon-external-link], and neither seem to work. What’s the secret trick to let me use an icon here? Can I style it so the icon appears at the end of the text, and not the front?
