How to Update HighEnd Theme; Outdated WooCommerce Templates; & Other Questions

I have a few questions I would like resolved, thank you for your time and consideration!

First, I was wondering how to update the HighEnd Theme. I currently have version 2.4.9, and I believe others have version 3+. I don’t see anything regarding the Highend Theme in my WordPress Dashboard as I do for other themes.

Second, I received a notification on my dashboard that my WooCommerce Templates are out of date. How can I update them?

Third, my System Diagnostics say that my WP Memory Limit is 40 MB and it recommends setting memory to at least 64MB. How can I accomplish this (should I contact my hosting service provider?) and will doing so cost me any additional charges?

Finally, I have a few Themes on my Dashboard that need to be updated (Twenty Thirteen, Twenty Fourteen, Twenty Fifteen, Twenty Nineteen), but I’m afraid to do so in case these themes are somehow tied to the HighEnd theme and I might lose any changes/customizations I’ve made to my website. I checked the System Diagnostics for HighEnd and it says this theme is not a child theme, so can I go ahead and update those other themes safely? I wonder why I even have those themes as options to update if I’m not using them?

I know this is a lot of questions, and I thank you so much for taking the time and effort to respond. I’ve been really enjoying having this theme over the past years and want to continue using it. Hoping to hear from you soon.
