How to set One Page Boxed side navgation

I like this theme. Nothing in the documentation tells how to set the left bubble for navigation like in this demo ( http://demo.hb-themes.com/?theme=Highend ) under the settings gear on the left side.

I have enabled the back to top button to on and back to top button icon to default in the Highend Options. They are not working.
