How to retrieve license and what subscription covers

I have 2 sort-of related questions:

First, I recently began working on a WordPress site that already had your HighEnd theme installed on it. My company is working on transitioning this site to a React site, which would free up our 1-domain license on that website to use elsewhere. How do I go about finding that license number in order to activate the HighEnd theme on another domain once we eventually migrate (my employer purchased this license many years ago and doesn’t know where the information is)?

Second, I also just purchased another 5-domain license, separate from the one described above. I thought it was just a single purchase, but upon reviewing the order, it seems to be a subscription service with annual auto-renewal. What does this subscription service offer? What would happen if I cancel the subscription – do I still have those 5 licenses and am just unable to update them?
