how to remove social media related content

Dear Sir /Madam

I have a few questions before I purchase this theme:

1) Can I remove all the social media related content in the theme? Including the bar on the upper right corner, the ‘call us now’ and the twitter widget at the bottom?
2) The videos in the slideshow can be changed to images only?
3) The height of the top white row where the logo is placed (removing the social media buttons would leave a large blank area given the current height)
