how to get rid of buttons on bottom of page

Hi there,

If you click “portfolio” on my menu, you will see a few things at the bottom of the page I’m trying to get rid of but have not had any luck. I’m trying to get rid of:

the “All” button
the “Date” button and
the “Name” text

If you could please help, that’d be great. thanks so much!
