How to edit Titles of FAQ and Tour Sections

My goal is to increase the size of the titles for the FAQ and Tour sections of my website.

I am using the FAQ section here: parkcoseniors.org/services/
and the Tour section here: parkcoseniors.org/who-we-are/

For the FAQ section, I tried to use Google fonts as I want to make the Titles larger but when I edit the Google font heade rs for the FAQ section nothing happens. I have tried clearing the cache as well and checked on my phone.

For the Tour section, I do not see a place when I edit where I could put a title size. How would I go about adjusting the font size for the tour section?
