How to edit the description height to make them even on Team Member Carousel

Hi!
Good day!
I’d like to ask for some help with editing the height of the descriptions on each Team Member in Carousel. I’ve tried checking on the documentation and I couldn’t find something that can make those descriptions height to become even with each other. If I can make them even, that would be great because they are not looking great right now.
