How to define a bookmark inside a Tour Section

I just don’t know how to do this.
Some times in a TOUR section, there’s only an SINGLE IMAGE and a CONTACT 7 FORM (often no text). I’d like to link back to this spot from other pages – how might I do this.

The sample page might be something like http://www.connectis.ca/products/faxcore/ and the first TOUR SECTION is a ‘Get Datasheets’ – how can I refer to this spot? I mostly use the Visual Composer to build my pages and don’t see anything to help me with this.

Can you provide me with a sample please.
