How to change the allignment and font colour of main menu

Hi guys,
I have few questions

1. On the About page of my website the top menu is practically invisible and Contact button is not aligned with the rest of the items like on other pages. How to fix it?

2. Also, I was trying to add Facebook and google review widget, it is also not showing, could it be related to the current theme i am using?

3. It looks like i can’t get rid of a “schedule your free consultation” button from the footer.
