How to change photo position for Team Members

Hi!
When I display team members in their page on a laptop, their photo appears on the left and the text on the right. This is Ok.
And when I look at it on a phone (or small screens) the text is at top and the photo at the bottom (see attachment). Can I change the order for small screens that the photo is at top and the text at the bottom?
