How to change link color?

Hi! I need help to change link color in my blog.

Seems like it’s black right now and I want to change it to another color but I can’t find the setting for it.

I tried adding this additional CSS in Customize but it doesn’t work:

.a:link{
	color: #0011d6 !important;
}

Can anyone help me? Thank you!
