How to backup my website by using Highend features?

Hello,

I’ve gone to ‘Backup Settings’ and tried to backup all of my WP files, but after clicked ‘save changes’ it said ‘no changes’. How do I backup my ‘whole’ website? Alternatively, will you have a new features to do full backup for customers?

Please suggest me to do the FULL backup process.
