How to add HTML page

    I created an HTML page that is a PhotoShop page with an AWeber signup form embedded using the slice tool. When I open it up as an HTML page it works fine but I can’t figure out how to make a page in HighEnd with just this image using the HTML generated by PhotoShop CC 2015.

    I’m sure it is possible, but I would appreciate instructions.
