How To achive The "Dark Style" trough out all pages?

    High End Theme: How can I change the Blog Side Bar, Portfolio and all other areas that are a “Light style” to dark? I am looking to have the “Dark Style” consistent trough out the theme on all pages? How can I achieve this? For example: Black back ground white text through out all pages.
