How do I remove Staff, Portfolio, Flex Slides & Testimonials?

Hello,

I’d like to remove the Staff, Portfolio, Flex Slides, and Testimonials as options from my theme. Is this possible?

Basically I don’t use them, and don’t want them in the Admin/Editor/Contributor nav. My users are getting confused. Hopefully it’s easy to eliminate them.
