How do i Decrease The Size of ONE Team Members Image?

    I have been trying to play around with the settings to decrease the size of the image of ONE team members on my website but yet I found out that this can only happen when there is at least 4 team members.

    I have tried to even resize the image to 360px by 360px without any luck as well!

    The image is placed as a featured image on the Team Members Dashboard of WordPress.

    Please help me in finding a way to resize the image?
