How do I create a custom Speed Dial image in Opera?

If you look on my Opera browser favorites page, each page has a cool image. But when I bookmark my website, it just uses a random image off the website. How do I designate a custom image to this?

Also I noticed my favicon comes up in Opera, but not in microsoft edge? How do I fix this?
