How do I change these things?

Hello everyone, just purchased the Highend theme. Got my home page set up with “Landing / Start-Up”. I am going now into creating the first page and I’m building my About Page. I wanted to remove and tweak a few things here. So I took a screenshot of what I wanted and hopefully you guys can help me out!
