HostGator Setup Assistance

Good afternoon. I’m hoping to get help with setting up one of the demos on HostGator. Once someone replies I’ll provide the details, but let me give you an idea of what’s going on so far.

I purchased the theme. Installed it manually since somehow it doesn’t show up from HostGator’s end. Got that working but couldn’t get the demos installed. Regardless of which set of instructions are followed. When I uncheck the option to upload media I get partial success, however it just doesn’t import properly at all.

There’s a lot of failed files which checks online suggest an issue with WooCommerce. Is that included with Highend? Or do I have to purchase it separately? Thanks in advance.
