Hostgator Demo Installation Assistance Requested

Hello. I’m hoping to get help with setting up the main demo on my site hosted at HostGator.

I purchased the theme and installed. However, the demo always times out on various portions, and I’m not able to get it to install. I have searched in the support site, and also tried the manual import method.
