horizontal flip boxes broken

Hello-
My horizontal flip boxes are no longer displaying properly. In chrome, the title and icon on both sides of the box display below (rather than over) the box. In safari, the back-side of the box works fine, but the front side again the title and content appear below the flip box. Please provide instructions to fix this. Thank you.
