Highly Irresponsible and Unprofessional Support Agent

    I opened a support ticket for an issue I was experiencing with the Highend WP Theme on Feb 4th, 2025. I was messaged back in the support forum by an HB-Theme Support Agent named Hristina on Feb 11th, 2025, to grant Administrator access. As a result, I created an access login for Hristina to have administrator access on Feb 13th, 2025. That same day, I messaged her back in the support forum that she would receive an e-mail about her access login information, but I never heard back from her. What is more, I also reached back out again a week later and still heard nothing back. Over two weeks have passed, and I still have not received a response from her. Therefore, out of great concern for the security of my website, I deleted her administrator access on Friday February 28th, 2025. I am still experiencing the same issue I am having with the Highend WP Theme, and the support I received has been highly unprofessional, irresponsible, and unresponsive, and has given me great doubts about Highend WP Theme’s ability to manage and quickly resolve issues that as a paid user, I am experiencing. And to do so with a high regard to security because I granted an HB-Theme Support Agent access and yet, have no clue if she received it, and if she did receive access, what all she was doing on my website. I want to talk to a supervisor and report Hristina for being highly unprofessional and unresponsive and irresponsible immediately.
