Highend WP Theme

Hello HB Company and Staff,

I am having trouble understanding why the “HB-Themes Support Forum” is touted as a legitimate source of support.

I have found the forum to contain at least the following:
1. Of the topics I have searched, it seems previous questions have not yet received a response, now 4 years or more later, from being received.
2. Of the resolved questions I find closely relating to my search terms, the majority state, “This reply has been marked as private.” The author receives a resolution. However, the post is useless in supporting another.

Should one remove such posts, unresolved over a year or so, and private resolutions, the Forum would greatly benefit. It would reflect its accurate ability as a supportive forum.
