highend word press license

we puchased our version of highend word press in 2014 how do i prove that to you to get the new license … if you check the website most of the pages were published in 2014. i also copied the install files which i still have on my hard drive. i tryed to get on mojo to find lic. # but cant get on their websit to find out. this was supposed to be for lifetime and all updates.. please help
